MAZAL TOV! We hope we have helped make your simcha a little smoother.

Please read all of the information below and sign the form agreeing to the terms.

*** A security deposit of 200 nis is required for each gown that you borrow. This deposit will be returned to you upon receiving the gown CLEAN from the dry cleaners, and subject to the following-

You must ONLY use the following dry cleaners:

HARAMA CLEANERS - Rbs B, R' Yehuda Hanassi 2 991-1492

Please tell them the dress is from our G'mach and they will deliver it to us. We will return your deposit only after we receive your gown from the cleaners and we can see that it was not damaged.

Please DO NOT use any other cleaners

Please DO NOT ask the cleaners to just press the dress - it must be cleaned

We reserve the right to keep your deposit if the dress is damaged in any way.

*** Gowns may be reserved in advance of your simcha, but may only be picked up ONE WEEK before the simcha occurs. Gowns must be brought to the cleaners no later than ONE WEEK after your simcha.

Please be considerate!

*** Minor alterations to the gowns are permissible. You must receive prior permission from a G'mach volunteer before you do anything.

*** Please let us know prior to taking the gown overseas.

Deposit must be picked within two weeks of notification that dress is returned or we reserve the right to keep the deposit.

Any dress not returned within a month of the simcha will be reviewed as stolen, the deposit will be kept and future use of the gemach is forbidden.

Please be mindful of the fact that this G'mach is made up of volunteers and is a service we provide for the community. Please be considerate of the above rules.

Please feel free to leave your deposit as a donation for upkeep of the dresses.
